Welcome to the LOSER(tm) Zone!
For all zero of you who ever check this website, it may come as an absolute shock that it has actually changed. This gets updated about once every two years, so thanks to anyone (meaning "no one") who has actually noticed. The first big change is that the initial main page (i.e. "the rant") is finally over and done with. This does not mean that Mike is no longer a Loser. It just means that, if you don't get it by now, you never will. For nostalgic reasons, if anyone wants to go back and check out the old 1994 "rage of Airball", you can simply follow this hyperlink.
In the old tradition of pure geekness, this entire site has been done with Notepad. Scratch that - it was originally done using either EMACS on a UNIX box or the old VAX editor, whatever the heck that was. Either way, I type in HTML - old school style, like the cavemen did it.
Anyhoo, the point of that is why this is going to be kept short. We must all continue to fight Microsoft to the bitter end (and no citing the fact that I now practically work for them... Remember, you can do more damage from inside the system than from without!). If you are viewing this page with any version of Internet Explorer, then go ahead and click on this link right here. There's no need to put up with any of that IE crap ever again.
So, that's it for this year. If you're looking for my e-mail address, you ain't gonna find it here anywhere. The free internet that we had once known and loved is long dead. But don't give up - if you stay low and behind the scenes, it can still be a fun place to cause havoc, thanks to Microsoft and their continuous string of ever less reliable and secure operating systems.
